Compliance export

The Compliance export in the Vault turns your pilot records into a client-friendly PDF or ZIP. It is designed for commercial and camera-drone work under the FAA's Part 107 framework. It is not an official FAA document.

What is included

Choose a date range and download either a PDF summary or a ZIP archive. The pack can include:

• your credential records, recorded expiry dates, verification state, and any configured flight-recurrency status;
• real-world flights logged in BeaconUAV, including accepted DJI, Autel, and other supported imports, with dates, durations, night-operation flags, and notes;
• aircraft from your personal hanger and squadron fleet, plus FAA registration details when an aircraft can be resolved in the serial registry; and
• certificate scans you explicitly select before exporting a ZIP. Scans are off by default. The export records which certificate codes you chose to include.

Simulator sessions are excluded from flight and currency counts. Imported logs count after they have been accepted into your BeaconUAV logbook; an uploaded or pending import by itself is not a logged flight. Missing records are shown as empty sections or export warnings rather than silently described as evidence.

Currency rules

Credential status is based on the dates, verification, and organization policy recorded in the Vault. Any flight-recurrency rule is a BeaconUAV or client convention, not an FAA requirement. Such a rule counts logged real-world sessions inside its stated rolling calendar-day window; simulator sessions do not count. Night-only rules count only sessions explicitly marked as night operations. The configured rule and its count are shown with the credential status.

For Part 107, the FAA recurrent-currency requirement is recurrent training, not a minimum number of logged flights. BeaconUAV tracks the credential's recorded renewal date; it does not verify a training completion with the FAA.

What is not included

The pack is deliberately limited and says so in the document:

• No LAANC filing or airspace authorization. LAANC requests, approvals, waivers, and other airspace authorizations are not included or created by this export.
• No SOC 2 claim. The pack is not a SOC 2 report, security attestation, or certification of BeaconUAV.
• No multi-regulator catalog. It is Part 107-oriented, not an EASA, CASA, Transport Canada, or multi-agency credential bundle.
• No legal determination. A status means the records in BeaconUAV show that state; it does not establish that a pilot or flight was legally authorized.
• No proof of flight location or conditions. Logged dates and durations are pilot records, not independently verified telemetry or evidence of where and under what authority a flight occurred.

Access and privacy

The pilot currency and export pack are available through the Vault on Enterprise Solo and Enterprise commercial access. Education Vault access does not unlock this commercial export. Export your own pilot record; the pack does not let you select another pilot. Certificate images are added only when you select them for a ZIP.
