Scheduling & dispatch
Plan people, airframes, batteries, and client work on one calendar without silently double-booking equipment.
Eligible Enterprise organizations can use Scheduling & Dispatch to plan operational work. Education organizations can add scheduling where their plan includes the add-on.
Calendar views
The calendar supports:
- Day for a focused operating window;
- Week for the normal dispatch board;
- Month for broader planning; and
- People for a lane per roster member.
In People view, click an empty lane to prefill a booking for that person. Drag a booking vertically to retime it or between lanes to reassign it when you have permission.
Book a resource
A booking can include the assigned pilot, airframe, battery, time window, notes, and an associated client job. Client jobs with scheduled windows appear below the board so the calendar and work record stay connected.
Conflict behavior
Airframe and battery overlaps are hard-blocked by the server. A pilot overlap is presented as a conflict warning that an authorized manager may override when the real-world plan allows it. This distinction prevents physical equipment from being promised twice while leaving human dispatch decisions explicit.
Airworthiness and organization policy checks can also prevent a booking when an airframe is grounded or a required operational control is not satisfied.
A calendar booking is not a flight log. Complete any required preflight/JHA workflow, then record the actual flight from Log so airtime, packs, crashes, and conditions are captured accurately.
