SLA clocks
Measure response commitments across enterprise workflow queues with live due and breach visibility.
SLA clocks give Enterprise organizations one view of response commitments across operational queues. An administrator sets targets by workflow and severity; BeaconUAV then shows which open items are on track, due soon, or breached.
Tracked work
The current clock surfaces cover supported workflow queues such as:
- firmware work orders from opening to approval or rejection; and
- client jobs from the client-confirmation stage through delivery.
The exact clock starts and ends with the workflow state, not with someone manually starting a timer.
What administrators can do
- set or remove a target for a workflow and severity band;
- choose how far ahead an escalation warning should appear;
- review open clocks and recent met-versus-breached results; and
- recompute open clocks when an operational policy requires it.
A target is captured when a clock opens. Changing the policy affects future clocks; it does not rewrite closed evidence.
Reading the queue
The dashboard groups items by workflow and shows open, due within the next day, breached, and recent completion results. Clock status is calculated from the current time, so an item does not stay falsely green after its due time passes.
SLA clocks measure response commitments. They do not change the underlying safety, scheduling, client, or firmware workflow, and they do not replace a person responsible for resolving the item.
