Empty charts on the dashboard

Charts (rig usage, pack totals, sim/real donut) are empty even though I logged sessions.

Charts use the context available on the session. A session without a bound drone cannot appear in rig usage; a real session without a battery set does not move pack totals.

Fix: edit recent sessions and bind the gear. See Logging sessions.

The service forecast will not show a date

The forecast deliberately refuses to guess. Check whether:

• the airframe has a service interval;
• the airframe has bound flights in the last 30 days; and
• those flights occurred on at least three different days.

“No recent flying,” “Not enough recent flying to project,” and “Services as needed” are expected states, not errors. See Service forecast.

A location is missing from the picker

Saved locations are personal. Confirm that you are signed into the account that created the site, then refresh the Log page. You can still save a session with No location or create a new site inline. Locations are labels, not shared squadron records.

A squadron page says I do not have access

Ledger and failure analytics depend on both the squadron plan and your role grant. Owners and managers normally have access; members need the relevant permission or role template.

Fix: ask the squadron owner or manager to review Roles & permissions.

I cannot create a squadron

Squadron creation is available on every tier. If the button is missing, refresh your session and check that you are on the current Squadron page. A Free squadron can be created as a roster, even though shared gear and analytics require a higher plan.

The asset check-out vault is empty

The check-out vault is for squadron organizations. School organizations use classroom roster assignments instead. If you belong to several organizations, switch to the squadron organization in the Fleet check-out view.

My gear list is empty in the log dialog

The dialog lists gear from your personal hanger and usable squadron gear. Add gear in Hanger overview, or make sure you are viewing the intended squadron.

A schedule booking is rejected

Airframe and battery overlaps are hard-blocked. A grounded airframe, required preflight policy, or missing organization entitlement can also prevent a booking. Review the message on the booking and ask an authorized manager if the operational state looks wrong.

SSO verification fails

Confirm that the domain is entered as acme.com, the provider ID matches the identity platform, and the SAML connection has been registered with the correct metadata, ACS URL, entity ID, and certificate. The SSO panel cannot create the provider connection for you.

Changes on my phone do not show on my desktop

Pages use live updates where available. If a page stayed open through a network interruption, refresh once. Saved browser-local notice read state is separate from server data.

My battery set's pack count is wrong

Pack counts come from the battery set and packs-flown value selected on a real session. Edit the session and correct those fields. See Batteries.

I forgot my password

Use Forgot password on the sign-in modal. Password-reset email requires an inbox you can access.
