Account deletion
Leave for good. Three confirmations, then a 30-day grace period to change your mind.
Decided to hang up the goggles? Deletion is designed to be deliberate, and it's reversible for 30 days.
How it works
- Confirm your intent: type delete my account.
- Acknowledge finality: type this is not reversible.
- Double-check: two explicit checkboxes confirming you understand.
Only then is deletion scheduled: nothing is purged immediately.
The 30-day grace period
- Deletion executes on the scheduled date, 30 days out.
- The Settings page shows a pending-deletion card with the exact date.
- Cancel any time during the window: one click and your account is fully restored to normal. No data was lost, because nothing was deleted yet.
What gets deleted
When the grace period ends:
- Your profile, sessions, gear, parts, batteries and maintenance history.
- Personal data is scrubbed from squadron rosters you belonged to.
Tip:
Export everything first. See Exports. Once the grace period ends, the data is gone for good.
Warning:
Squadrons you own need attention before deletion: transfer ownership or delete the squadron, or the squadron is left without an owner.
