How the plans differ
Free is for logging, dashboard review, saved sites, the personal hanger (with service and battery health), and squadron rosters. Creating a squadron is available on every tier, but a Free squadron is roster-only.
Pro adds the cost ledger, failure analytics, the full parts workflow, and shared squadron operations. Team provides the Pro feature set to a hobby group under bundled group billing; it does not make commercial work permissible.
Enterprise Solo is the commercial toolset for one pilot: the Compliance Vault, client CRM and delivery, scheduling, safety, JHA, firmware controls, and related operations. Enterprise adds organization-level controls such as policies, SLA clocks, district rollup, and SSO.
Education is for verified education institutions. It includes school and organization workflows, the Compliance Vault, and meetups; it does not include the commercial CRM, client delivery, JHA, firmware, or audit package modules. Scheduling is an add-on where configured.
Free, Pro, and Team are hobbyist tiers. Use Enterprise for commercial drone work; do not interpret a Team workspace as a commercial license.
Access and gating
The app hides destinations that your account cannot use and shows a clear lock when you reach a gated surface. The server is authoritative: changing a URL or calling a client action cannot bypass the plan or organization role.
Organization capabilities also depend on the role inside that organization. For example, a member may see shared gear but need a ledger or analytics grant, while an organization administrator manages policies, invitations, or SSO.
File storage
Commercial organizations have a shared storage allowance for Vault documents, client deliverables, and portal files. Enterprise includes 250 GB per seat; Education includes 25 GB of Vault documents per school. Education does not include client deliverables or portal files, and its Vault allowance is a hard cap rather than an overage plan.
Enterprise overage is optional and billed monthly when enabled, at $5 per 100 GB block per month beyond the included pool. Storage usage is measured from the stored file, and usage is assessed by the period's peak rather than only the closing balance. Removing an eligible Vault document frees its space and records the removal in the compliance history.
