FAA audit packages

Enterprise organizations can generate a FAA Audit & Compliance Package from the Safety area.
What a package can include
Choose a date range and, where useful, narrow the package to a pilot or airframe. The package can bring together:
- organization credentials and compliance evidence;
- JHA outcomes and preflight records;
- incident and near-miss reports with manager sign-off and grounding details; and
- a per-pilot operational rollup for the selected period.
The incident rows follow the same date, pilot, and airframe filters as the rest of the package.
The result is designed to be printed or saved for an inspection or internal review.
Who can generate one
Generation is limited to authorized organization administrators and safety officers. A pilot may see the Safety navigation without being allowed to generate an organization-wide package; the server checks the role when the request is made.
Each generation is recorded so the organization can see when a package was produced and by whom.
An audit package is an evidence bundle, not an FAA filing or a guarantee of compliance. Review the included records and apply the operating rules for the relevant flight.
