Add and review evidence
Open the Vault for an eligible organization, add a document, and record its type and validity dates. Pilots can manage their own evidence; organization managers can review the organization's documents according to their role.
The Vault shows clear statuses for current, expiring, expired, and revoked evidence so a team can act before a credential disappears from attention.
The Part 107 credential can be attached at the district context when a pilot belongs to multiple squadrons, so the same personal certificate can cover the relevant organization relationships.
Expiry is a warning
An expired Vault document displays an expiry warning. The Vault itself does not silently lock a pilot out of scheduling or flight logging. Separate airworthiness, preflight, organization-policy, or operating checks may apply to the workflow that uses the aircraft.
Evidence and privacy
Vault files are private to the eligible organization and its authorized members. Do not upload documents that do not belong in the organization's compliance record.
Keep the renewal date accurate and upload the new evidence before the old one expires. The badge is an operational prompt, not proof that a flight is legally authorized.
