About BeaconUAV

BeaconUAV is an online FPV logbook for drone pilots. Every flight, sim or real, links to its quad, batteries, location, conditions, crashes, and notes. That history powers your dashboard, battery health, maintenance reminders, and cost per hour of flying.

For squadrons, schools, and commercial drone operators, the same record extends to shared gear, rosters, scheduling, safety and compliance records, and client work: jobs, quotes, invoices, and deliveries. Pilots log every session because it is worth it, and that logbook grows into the operating system for a team or a business.

How we work

  • Logging comes first. Recording a flight has to be fast, especially on a phone at the field with gloves on. Everything else in BeaconUAV builds on that one record.
  • Built for FPV and sims. BeaconUAV is designed around how FPV pilots actually fly: quads, packs, props, crashes, builds, and simulator practice. It is not a generic enterprise drone logger with FPV bolted on.
  • One tool, hobby to job. The same logbook scales from a solo pilot to a squadron, a classroom, or a commercial drone operation, without moving your history to a new tool.
  • Privacy by default. Your flights, students' data, and client documents are never shown to people who should not see them. Access limits are deliberate, and we say so plainly.
  • Honest state. We do not overclaim. Example data is labeled as example data, and our security page lists the certifications we do not hold yet.
