Parts and builds

Know which parts are on which quad.

Keep a parts bench, record which parts are installed on each quad, and check shared gear in and out.

Plans

Basic parts cataloging is Free. Relational part-to-airframe assignment, lifespan analytics, and shared asset operations require Pro and above.

Scan a QR code or barcode to check gear out and in.

Illustrative preview with representative data. It is not a live account screen.

What's included

Master parts inventory

Free (limited)

Maintain a central parts bench with quantities, categories, and stock context for personal builds.

Spare-parts awareness turns a crash repair into a same-day swap instead of a week of waiting.

The current code defines this as limited, but does not expose a numeric Free-plan limit.

Build relationships

Pro and above

Connect components to an airframe so installed-part and repair history can be read in context.

When an airframe fails, the part history is already assembled, so nobody has to guess what was changed.

Shared asset checkout

Pro and above

Use squadron inventory with QR or barcode scanning and checkout records for shared equipment.

Shared gear stops going missing, because every checkout has a name and a time attached.

Squadron organizations only. Any squadron member can scan gear in and out for themselves; fleet-wide views and roster management additionally require an organization admin role.School equipment goes through the classroom roster instead, where an instructor assigns it to a student, so school accounts do not use this check-out surface.
